This program is designed for managers and coaches of sports organizations who want to be successful in an innovative international sports environment. In this international program you have the opportunity to gain inspiration and contacts from colleagues from foreign sports organizations. During this program you will discuss and address practical issues from your daily practice. Subjects from the MBA program Leaders in Sport are presented in the Mini MBA program Leaders of Sport Academies in a simplified and abbreviated form and modified to the specifics of sports academies so that the program is time and money efficient and available for managers and coaches working with youth. To implement this long-term project, we have prepared a concept of a systematic long-term comprehensive holistic training in sports psychology, mental training and education with a focus on long-term development of your talented athletes, team building and positive team dynamics, as well as training your coaches and other members of the implementation team. Thanks to our international partners, we build our work on practical experiences and examples of successful projects from foreign teams participating in the Olympic Games. This project is designed for 6 years based on the specific experience we have, because we know that effective preparation, successful qualification and participation in the Olympic Games requires time. To implement such a large project, Sport Lead has a strong international team of instructors and coaches with personal experience in participating in the Olympic Games or preparing athletes and teams for the Olympic Games. In addition to our team of extensive lecturers, coaches and experts from our partner companies, we are also able to mediate inspiring meetings with important foreigners from various sports with practical experience in preparing for the Olympic Games and successful participation in the Olympic Games. .
